Garment care

Lingerie: the fabric of intimate apparel is delicate and soft. We recommend hand washing it in water below 30 degrees. Avoid using bleach products, and opt for lingerie-specific detergent or a mild laundry detergent to prolong the life of your garments.

Faulty, broken, damaged or missing product

We sincerely apologise for this situation. If an item is defective, wrong or missing from your order and we have not informed you, you can contact us by email (info@hersenses.com) indicating the order number as well as the name and size of the item.

Shipping

We ships internationally, delivery fee is free when orders value exceed €250.

Duties and taxes

We do not pay duties and taxes for international orders duties and tax thresholds change from country to country, as well as the costs involved — this unfortunately means we cannot pay for these upfront your local customs should be able to provide you with this information.

Shipping time

At HER SENSES, your orders are prepared between 24 and 48 working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note, this deadline can be extended to a maximum of 4 working days during busy periods such as Christmas, or sales season.
For all international delivery, it may take 8-12 business day in transit, not including 24-48 hours processing time or time possibly spent in customs.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number of your order, which will allow you to follow the shipping status.

Return

Terms and conditions

- All return requests are to be submitted within 14 days from receipt of your order.
- All full priced purchases can be returned for a full refund to original payment method.
- Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn with original tags still attached.
- Returned items which are not in perfect condition, unworn and with original tags still attached will unfortunately not be accepted.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return shipping costs

Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees and original shipping charges.

Return and refund time

Please allow up to three weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete. Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit in 5-10 business days.
